KICK-OFF MEETING

Before starting a new assignment, a kick-off meeting with the client's stakeholders and SP Search consultants makes it possible to draft the detailed job description and its environment as well as the areas of exploration for searching potential candidates.

IDENTIFICATION

To ensure that we are as close as possible to our client’s expectations, we submit pre-identified candidates for approval and we then refine the search, when necessary.

DIRECT & CONFIDENTIAL APPROACH

We activate our consultants networks, our database and head-hunting tools and we implement identification scenarios.

INTERVIEW & SELECTION

→ Candidates evaluation trough face-to-face interviews
→ Assessment, including testing personality, language skills, technical appraisal, management skills, sales audit…
→ References check
→ Documentation check
→ ID, credentials, work permit…

PRESENTATION TO CLIENT

For each selected candidate, we prepare a portfolio that includes professional background, career ambition, salary expectations and profile analysis. When applicable, a feedback on the assessment tests is also provided.

SUPPORT DURING THE ONBOARDING PHASE

Because we know from experience that the induction period is a sensitive and decisive one for the employer and the new staff member, we regularly organise follow-up meetings or discussions during the probation period. That ensures that both the client and the candidate are satisfied, in order to minimise the risk of failing.
