The Solutions Consultant will be accountable pre and post sales business consultancy services and thought leadership to clients across our Analytics & Workforce Engagement suite. The role is based in France, but the individual will be expected to support activities in all other regions of EMEA (Benelux, Nordic, South Europe) :

To engage with senior and business level stakeholders within accounts
To proactively work with customers on the development of business processes and how to best implement them
Delivering consulting services F2F, online and conference calls with customers to support them in all implementation stages.
To support the Pre Sales process by carrying Pipeline Generation( 80% of times),
Opportunity Support and Post-Sale Consulting for prospective and existing customers applications
To think creatively and develop custom solutions for clients which improve customers’ ROI, customer satisfaction and lead to case studies, reference sites and speaking opportunities

Le profil idéal

Ideal candidate will come from a leadership role within diverse contact centre environments and/or a contact centre consulting firm or contact centre technology business :

Subject matter expertise in the areas of contact centre business operations, performance management and metrics, quality management and training; working knowledge of but not a focus on technical infrastructure.
Specific knowledge of the contact centre Quality Management process is required
Consultative skills - sharp and analytical thinking, process-oriented approach, excellent communication skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication, consulting, presentation (inc. product presentation and demonstration), facilitation
Manage client relationships and individual engagements with a strong focus on excellence
Self-motivated to strive for professional excellence in all aspects of work.
Fluent English is essential
Possess excellent IT skills, with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) to an advanced level
