  • KICK-OFF MEETING

    Before starting any new mission, a kick-off meeting with the client stakeholders and SP Search consultants makes it possible to draft the detailed job description and its environment as well as the areas of exploration for potential candidates.

  • IDENTIFICATION

    To ensure that we are as close as possible to our client’s expectations, we submit pre-identified candidates for approval and we then refine the search if necessary.

  • DIRECT & CONFIDENTIAL APPROACH

    We activate our consultants networks, our database and head-hunting tools and we implement identification scenarios.

  • INTERVIEW & SELECTION

    – Candidates evaluation trough face-to-face interviews
    – Assessment, including personality test, language skills, technical appraisal, management skills, sales audit…
    – References checking
    – Checking documentation
    – ID, degrees, work permit…

  • PRESENTATION TO CLIENT

    For each selected candidate we prepare a report that includes professional background, career ambition, salary expectations and profile analysis. When applicable, a feedback on the assessment tests is also provided.

  • SUPPORT DURING THE INTEGRATION PHASE

    Because we know from experience that the integration period is a sensitive and decisive one for the employer and the new staff member, we regularly organise follow-up meetings or discussions during the probation period. That ensures that both the client and the candidate are satisfied, in order to minimise the risks of failing.

Being an expert in direct approach recruitment, Patricia recruits skilled IT executives and managers.


A fully qualified “Thomas” consultant, she conducts Thomas assessments (profile analysis, management skills, sales ability) as well as career appraisals.


She will help managers and teams working in complex and high value-added environments in change management, skills development, decision-making, personal development, preparing for leaderships and team building.


Patricia started her career as an IT enginer and then spent 9 years as Kelly Services CIO, being in charge of implementing all strategic IT projects troughout Europe. She next founded and ran ALVIA, an IT services company, for 5 years before setting up SP Search in 2003.

Expert in direct approach recruitment, Pascal Défaut is specialised in recruiting engineers, middle management and sales executives.


Pascal has more than 25 years experience in IT. He started his career on the technical side and worked for 10 years in pre-sales, post-sales and consulting. Afterwards, he continued as Account Manager, Business Development Manager and Sales & Marketing Director for startups and Blue Chip Companies such as OBS.


Pascal also founded and developped an innovating company in Smart and Green Building.


With his experience in business management and recruitment, in security, call centers, network and telecom infrastructures, he joined SP SEARCH in 2017.

After graduating from EMLV Business School with a Master in Management and Human Resources, Nathalie joined SP SEARCH in 2016.


Thanks to previous internships in recruitment, it didn't take very long for Nathalie to fly on her own. She is currently active in recruiting IT professionals - either technical or functional specialists, and digital profiles - web, marketing and data.


Energetic, smiling and curious about everything around her, Nathalie brings to the team the energy of her youth tempered by her great professionalism.

Graduated from a Master's degree in Advertising (INSEEC) in 2017, Coralie started her professional life as a Marketing and Communication Manager.


She went to the United States for a year to perfect her English, travelled the country and visited 16 states.


A globe trotter, Coralie loves to travel and travel the world, one of her best memories: a trek in Mongolia.....


She returned to France at the beginning of 2019 and decided to join SP Search in order to take charge of the recruitment of technical profiles and the firm's communication.

Christophe Assémat graduated from INSEEC.


He began his career in France in banking as a financial analyst.


He then spent 15 years abroad (Singapore, Tunisia, Morocco, England) mainly as VP or Managing Director of French groups subsidiaries in Retail or BtoB services. He later joined one of the French leaders in Logistics and Supply Chain, being a shareholder and Member of the Board of Directors.


He is now advising privately held companies with their development in France and overseas, M&A and strategic advisory missions.


A partner with SP Search, he is advising blue chip companies in their recruitment of experts and managers in Logistics and Supply Chain.
