She then started ALVIA, an IT services company, and after 5 years, she founded SP Search in 2003 and now dedicates herself to HR consulting.
Specialised in direct approach recruitment, Caroline Tampigny recruits IT executives and IT sales executives. She began her career in a sales environment, then became Sales Manager in an IT related services company for 5 years.
