Expert in direct approach recruitment and outplacement, Patricia CABOT recruits skilled IT executives and managers in France, Europe and the United States. A fully qualified “Thomas” consultant, she carries out Thomas assessments, career appraisals and skills assessments. Her favorite fields : Digital and Big Data. She started her career at Kelly Services where she spent 9 years, first as an IT engineer then as CTO EUROPE, being in charge of implementing all strategic IT projects. She then started ALVIA, an IT services company, and after 5 years, she founded SP Search in 2003 and now dedicates herself to HR consulting.

She began her career in a sales environment, then became Sales Manager in an IT related services company for 5 years.
